Being an international student from India, Nottingham was a like a pot
of culture. Everything seemed new and different. A good different. A place which
is dominated by students from all over the world. New languages, new weather, new
faces......Having an architecture background, the first thing I noticed was the Gothic European architecture throughout. Felt like I was on a movie set for a
James Bond movie! The city is quaint and just ideal for walking around. One of
the most pedestrian friendly places I have seen, coming from a place where the
motto between the vehicles and pedestrians is “Its either you or me”. I just
love the city and am very excited for the total Nottingham experience!
